Getting started
How do I start with Lenn?
Open the web app or the app, enter your email address and type in the code you receive: no password. Then tap Listen, and Lenn is with you. To try Lenn Cloud, the trial is free.
How do I connect my Watch or my Mac?
On the new device, choose to sign in, then type in the short code shown, or scan the QR code with a device that is already connected. You get the same thread and the same memories right away.
Can I give Lenn another name?
Yes, in the settings: its name, colour, voice, and whether it speaks to you formally or casually.
Listening
Lenn hears nothing. What should I do?
Check that it can use the microphone: on iPhone, Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone. On Mac, System Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone. In the browser, allow the microphone for the site when asked.
What if I lose the connection while it listens?
Nothing is lost: listening is recorded on your device first, then sent as soon as the connection is back. Lenn writes to you when the moment is ready.
How do I keep an important passage?
Tap Mark while it listens (or press the Action button on your Watch): the last 30 seconds move to the front of the key points.
Do I need to tell the people present?
Yes. Recording laws vary by country: in many places, everyone must agree. Our guide Listening with respect has simple sentences.
Your memories
How do I export all my memories?
In the settings, under Memories, choose Export. You get an archive in an open format: your moments, original audio and photos, people, promises and your thread.
How do I delete a moment?
Open the moment, tap the “More” button, then Delete. You can also ask Lenn to forget a fact it remembered.
How do I erase my voiceprint?
In the listening settings, turn off voice recognition: your consent is withdrawn and all voiceprints are deleted.
How do I delete my account?
From the settings, or by writing to lenn@synapsr.io. Remember to export your memories first: deletion is final.
The Lenn Cloud subscription
How do I change plans or cancel?
From your account, under Subscription. A change is immediate; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Where are my invoices?
In your account, under Subscription: each invoice can be downloaded, with the amount excluding VAT for businesses.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You pick a plan to continue, or stop there, at no cost. Details are on the Lenn Cloud page.
