Listening
The time Lenn spends listening to a moment. A 26-minute appointment counts 26 minutes.
Spoken conversation
The time you talk with Lenn out loud, live. A question dictated in a few seconds barely counts.
Writing doesn’t count
Writing to Lenn, reading your moments, searching your memories: no time limit. When you get close to a limit, Lenn simply lets you know.

Questions about the subscription
Is the trial really free?
Yes. For 14 days, you enjoy Lenn without paying. At the end, you pick a plan or stop there, at no cost.
Do prices include tax?
Euro prices include VAT, at the rate of your country. US dollar prices exclude tax: any applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Your invoices always show the details.
Can I change plans or cancel?
At any time, from your account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
What happens to my memories if I stop?
They are yours. Export them in one click, in an open format, before leaving. You can also install Lenn on your own server.
What if I reach the listening limit?
Lenn tells you beforehand. You can move to Lenn+ if you need to. We never charge extra without your agreement.
Where is my data hosted?
On our servers, with AI providers chosen for their commitments. Everything is detailed in our privacy policy.
